WEEK: 6 - late again... sheesh I need to stay on top of it!

MILESTONES: One of Collin's favorite things to do now is smile. He's started smiling as soon as he sees my face in the morning or if I've got a big smile on my face, he'll mimic me. Sometimes he'll even talk back to me when I'm talking to him - of course with a great big smile on his face. It's A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E!
WHAT YOU'RE UP TO: I've been working more on my business, trying to book more weddings and photo shoots to update my portfolio. It makes me feel really great to see my business grow!
EATING: Eating is getting easier as the weeks go on. His small bout of acid reflux comes and goes it seems - but the spitting up has been less and less. I hope he grows out of it completely because his Daddy has really bad AR and is miserable a lot of the time.
SLEEPING: This week Little Monster has been getting up earlier during the night. 4:30 instead of 5 or 6:30am. It's been kind of rough, but the good thing is he goes right back to sleep. He's still in his bassinet right next to our bed - I'm dreading the move to the crib! I've got a few more weeks... I hope!
DIAPERING: C-Man is almost out-growing his NewBorn CDs. I can't believe it. I'd bet he probably has 2 weeks left before they're too small, if we're lucky.
VISITS/OUTINGS: We went and had dinner with Aunt Lo, Uncle Geoff, Uncle Ryan and cousin Cole. Ryan did our breaks for us a couple months ago so we finally took him to a nice steak dinner. Thanks Ryan for the help :) Collin was with Gma Kathy when we went and saw my cousin ride in the PBR at the Stock Show this last week. He also stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Cooke while Mommy & Daddy had their first date night (we had so much fun!). Grandpa Jeff has also seen him a few times while we went to the gym. What a lucky boy!
MOMMY & DADDY: We had our first date night this week! Went to Red Robin and got some burgers (yum!) and drinks. This was the first alcoholic drink I've had for almost a year - I had a peach daquiri. MMM!!! I got pretty tipsy from the one drink... it was so funny! We went and saw The Dilemma afterwards and it was pretty funny. Kind of a chick-flic for dudes, if you will.
